Regarding Returns

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same product.
Please contact us at info@celinarose.com and include photos showing the condition of the item.


Exchanges for Size, Color, or Variation Changes

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us at the email address above.
We will check availability and inform you whether the exchange is possible.

Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.


Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. All accessories and components are included and returned in the original packaging.

  2. The item is in normal condition, with no damage caused by negligence or misuse.

  3. For hygiene-related products, proper cleaning must be completed before returning.

  4. If the product was defective upon arrival, you must report it immediately upon receipt.


How to Return an Item

(Important: Additional conditions may apply)

  1. Send an Email

  2. Include the Following Information

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos showing the product’s condition
      (Returns cannot be processed without photos)

    • Your full name

    • Your address

  3. Return Address Instructions

    • Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the correct return address by email.

    • Important: Do not return the item to the original shipping address.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We do not offer free return shipping.

  4. Inspection & Processing

    • Once the returned item arrives, we will inspect and process it within 7 business days.

    • If the item meets our conditions, the return will be officially approved.

    • If the item is used or damaged, we may refuse the return.

Note:

  • All return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns must be shipped to our European warehouse.
    The return address will be provided by email after the return request is approved.


Cancellation Policy

For purchases made by individual customers, the following cancellation rules apply:

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase.

  • After 10 minutes or once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because we use an automated processing system.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    In this case, you must receive the item first, then request a return following the return procedure.

To request a cancellation, please clearly state your request by email.
The cancellation will be finalized once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.


Cancellations During Shipping

Some orders may be shipped from our overseas warehouses, which may result in longer delivery times.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We recommend checking your shipping confirmation email to track the delivery status.


Impact of Cancellation

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the product cost will be refunded.
However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you selected a premium shipping method, only the cost of the standard shipping option will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after the return is confirmed.


Refund Confirmation

When your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from the designated pickup location and is returned to us, a handling and shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.
